Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Do you ship to my country?
Stratgic Moves LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long does the shipping take?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. The following timeframe includes processing and transit. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can then track the package but it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?
Email us at support@stratgicmoves.com, within 48 hours of receipt of order with detailed images of the product(s) in question. We will help you with the return, re-ship or refund.

What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Merchandise must be unworn, tags attached, and free of any defects.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of the initial order
